Customer able to enjoy all Coway products from RM60 only per month which including Coway premium service i.e. product sanitation, periodical filter change and free after sales service up to 5 years (minimum 2 years).

Coway Rental Scheme is originally started in Coway Korea which has 4.5 million Rental members with great satisfaction and is being spreading to Malaysia now to Coway (M) Sdn. Bhd. with Cody and CT's Dream Service.

All Free
Customer doesn't need to pay anything except monthly Rental Fee.

• Free product check-up & filter changing service every 2 months
• Free after-sales-sevice for all parts
• Freee Rental Fee got the month of product installation



Ownership Shift
After 5 years' of usage, customer is entitled the right to obtain the product ownership.

Product Change
Customer able to request for new model after 5 years' of usage without additional Registration fee.

Economic Service Fee after 5 years
Customer able to remain Premium Service by joining Membership Service Program.
• Premium Membership : Same condition with Rental Service / 31~42% lower than Rental fee
• Regular Membership : Free Filter Change

Other Discount
Customer still can get discount benefits as below:
• Pre payment for 1 year's Rental fee : 5% Discount (applied Auto Debit fee)
• More than 5 units of Rental : up to 20% Discount for Registration Fee

What about after 5 years?

Not to worry! Coway has prepared options for the Rental Customer to choose of the most preferable option after 5 years of Rental period in order to continue use of Coway Product.

Malaysian law makers admired at products of Coway

The members of Malaysian parliament reportedly chose products of Coway in a desire to drink filtered water instead of water from dispenser-type water filtration device which they had used to the time. In addition to the current rental marketing, Malaysian subsidiary of the company plans to make an MOU with BSN at early 2007. BSN is a national bank in charge of payment of wages for over 200,000 public officials and Coway intends to help public officials easily purchase its products through wage subtraction system by the bank.
